I was working on an Mobile Device Management security deployment for Apple IOS devices recently and the customer did not have a SCEP server. The SCEP server was a requirement for this deployment. In the cloud age, you would think PKI in the cloud would have been solved and made easier. It isn’t. PKI is still a shit show. SCEP is an even worse shit show and if you want to deploy SCEP in the cloud, well good luck. A commercial solution barely exists.
